Just wanted to sincerely thank the Customer Service Team at Jetabroad, in particular, Jill. She has been assisting me with my travel since Virgin Atlantic pulled out from Sydney. She has been an amazing help and her communication is impeccable. I booked my families inter European flights for Dec/Jan 2012/13. When one of the major airlines cancelled their route from Rome to Sicily Jetabroad contacted me immediately in various ways. They emailed, SMS and rang me. They were so thorough. Then they said I could book again and credit me the difference. In the end they easily refunded me the whole amount (much better for me as I didn’t have to feel rushed and stressed) and I rebooked a different route with them again. It was the first time that I had used Jetabroad and I will certainly use them again. So pleased that they are based in Australia too. I feel comfortable that they were on the ball with the cancelled flight and made every effort to contact me. Prior to this, they answered my calls and spoke to me about details for baggage with the specific flights that I booked. Thanks Jetabroad.
