I have to say that I really appreciate your personal service. We have used your services a few times now and even though our bookings have been done via the net, we have never had any problems contacting you direct and getting prompt personal service. This is certainly unlike a couple of others we have used, where we send off emails after the booking and either just don’t get replies or have to chase and chase them up.

Last year we travelled and used both you guys and some others. Because of some severe circumstances, we needed to make changes and correspond etc. You guys were excellent. Replies within the day and ongoing prompt helpful correspondence.

I can also say your web site is the easiest site to use and book through. It’s so simple, quick and easy. Please don’t change.
